Aaron Enatsky is a registered patent attorney who advises startups, growth-stage companies, and multinational organizations on intellectual property, technology transactions, and strategic legal matters. Aaron's experience spans a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, cloud computing, software and SaaS platforms, consumer electronics, semiconductors, robotics, medical devices, and data-driven technologies. He regularly drafts and negotiates complex technology agreements, including commercial contracts, software licenses, procurement agreements, and terms of use, and provides guidance on open source compliance, product regulatory requirements, and intellectual property issues in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. His work also includes patent and trademark prosecution, patent mining and mapping, infringement and validity analysis, and product clearance counseling.

Prior to his current practice, Aaron served as Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property at Tata Communications (America) Inc., where he was responsible for managing global patent and trademark portfolios and advising cross-functional business teams on intellectual property, licensing, and technology transactions. In that role, he worked closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to evaluate new technologies, guide global filing strategies, and address open source and third-party rights issues in both internal and customer-facing products.

Earlier in his career, Aaron practiced at K&L Gates LLP and Harrity & Harrity LLP, where he managed domestic and international patent prosecution matters and worked directly with inventors, corporate clients, and foreign associates across a range of technology areas. He began his career as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he evaluated innovations in software, electronic game technology, gaming, networking, and computer systems.

Aaron brings a unique combination of in-house, law firm, and technical experience, allowing him to provide practical, commercially focused advice that bridges legal requirements with engineering and business realities, particularly in emerging and technology-driven markets.
