Eva Kaili is a strategic advisor bridging international capital to investment opportunities across Europe and the MENA region, working in business development, technology advisory, and communications.

A former Vice-President of the European Parliament, she was among Europe's leading legislators on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, and InvestEU. As the first woman to chair the Parliament's STOA Panel for the Future of Science and Technology and its Centre for Artificial Intelligence, she led the Parliament's foresight work, launched its international advisory board, and established partnerships with the OECD and with the IEEE–MIT Media Lab Council on Extended Intelligence.

She takes part in the ACTAI global summits and has spoken at United Nations events, World Economic Forum Digital Leaders roundtables, the World Government Summit in the UAE, the AIM Congress, Brilliant Minds, the Milken Institute, and at Oxford and Cambridge, Delphi and several other forums globally.

She holds a Diploma in Architecture Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's in International and European Affairs from the University of Piraeus, where she is a PhD candidate in political economy.
