Let's talk

Frank Inhoff is a retired CIA Senior Intelligence Officer with nearly 20 years in the Agency's Directorate of Operations, following a decade of active-duty service in the U.S. Air Force. Since leaving government service, he has applied that experience to the private sector as founder of Praxis Keystone Geostrategic Solutions, LLC, advising companies and organizations on geopolitical risk, enterprise security, reputational risk, and counterintelligence. As Senior Security & Intelligence Advisor at Bellementis, he brings that same career-long expertise to clients navigating complex, high-stakes commercial and international environments.

Frank's CIA career included multiple assignments across Europe and the Near East. In addition, he served in a variety of leadership roles spanning the Directorate of Operations, with counterintelligence advisory roles in the Directorate of Science and Technology, the Directorate of Support, the Information Operations Center, and the Korea Mission Center. He also served as Chief of Staff of a DO center, where he championed integration of AI and other efficiencies. In addition, he led counterintelligence/counterespionage, and insider threat programs for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). In that role, he provided expert advice on travel security, risk mitigations, intelligence and security diplomacy, capacity building, geopolitical risk assessments and mitigations, personnel security and vetting, and knowledge management. Earlier in his career, his Air Force service included assignments within the National Reconnaissance Office and the White House, and support to the National Security Agency. His government work was recognized with multiple US Intelligence Community and military awards, and other honors.

Frank holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the Air War College, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science and Government and Policy from the University of Maryland, University College, and certificates in Strategic Innovation from Oxford University's Saïd Business School and in AI in Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
