Jessica Medeiros Morrow is an attorney, executive strategist, and public affairs advisor with more than 25 years of experience advising corporate executives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and public sector leaders on strategic growth, government affairs, public policy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development.

Jessica has developed experience working with artificial intelligence, infrastructure, public safety technology, and other emerging sectors where business objectives intersect with complex legal, policy and regulatory environments. She is recognized for building trusted relationships among corporate executives, policymakers, legal leaders, industry associations, and nonprofit organizations to advance strategic initiatives and solve complex business challenges.

Jessica previously served as Vice President of Government Affairs for Clearview AI, where she established the company’s government affairs function and led engagement with Members of Congress, governors, attorneys general, legislators, law enforcement executives, and public safety organizations across the United States. During her tenure, she helped shape discussions surrounding the responsible use of artificial intelligence and facial recognition technology while developing nationwide stakeholder education initiatives and training thousands of law enforcement professionals.

Earlier in her career, Jessica served as Executive Director of the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA), where she led corporate partnership strategy and significantly expanded relationships with Fortune 500 companies, national law firms, trade associations, and industry leaders. She previously served as Chief Counsel and Deputy Attorney General for the State of Alabama and managed the successful statewide campaign that elected Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange.

Jessica began her legal career in private practice, where she represented businesses, developers, financial institutions, and governmental entities in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, public finance, economic development initiatives, and complex real estate matters involving hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions.

Jessica advises elected officials, senior executives, boards of directors, law enforcement leaders, and nonprofit organizations on matters involving organizational strategy, political strategies, policy innovation, public affairs, executive relationships, and stakeholder engagement. Her experience spans both the private and public sectors, providing a practical understanding of how organizations can successfully operate within complex political, policy, legal, and regulatory environments.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama. She is admitted to practice law in Alabama and has served on numerous civic, nonprofit, and professional boards throughout her career. She was recognized by Washingtonian magazine as one of Washington’s Most Powerful Women.
