Komul Chaudhry is a securities and digital assets lawyer. Her practice focuses on federal securities laws matters, corporate finance, securitization, tokenization, and digital assets issues. She advises clients on complex financial, disclosure, and corporate governance matters and engagement with the SEC, CFTC, and other authorities in connection with emerging financial technologies.

Ms. Chaudhry draws on prior experience at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she served as an attorney-advisor in the Division of Corporation Finance's Office of Structured Finance and Office of Crypto Assets. In those roles, she worked on significant rulemakings, reviewed asset backed securities and crypto asset registration statements, and provided compliance and disclosure guidance to outside counsel and industry.

Komul earned her J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law where she was the Managing Editor of American University's International Law Review and earned her bachelor's degree from Rollins College.
