Zack Schram is a national security and investigations attorney with nearly two decades of experience in congressional oversight and strategic response. He currently serves as the Senior Congressional Fellow at the Carl Levin Center for Oversight and Democracy at Wayne State University School of Law.

He spent over a decade in senior roles on the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, where he led bipartisan inquiries into financial, national security, and corporate governance issues and helped shape the Committee's legislative and strategic agenda. He later served as Chief of Investigations and Strategic Response in the CIA's Office of General Counsel, advising Agency leadership on congressional investigations and matters of public controversy.

A Michigan native, Zack earned his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
